Hi all. Purchased my Model 3 in May and received 5000km supercharging credit, and for a while it was showing in my app in my Loot Box. But last month when I used a supercharger for the first time I got an email requesting payment. Then when I checked I don’t see the credit in my Loot Box anymore. I contacted Tesla support via the app a couple of weeks ago but have not gotten any response. Anyone has the same issue? Anyone know how to get those back?
